Removing Audio from MKV videos

One of the files is just a bit over the DVD burning limit, so I was wondering if you guys know a program that can remove a specific language (audio)?

remux via mkvtoolnix omitting the audio track

MKV toolnix is the tool with the silly name that can put things in and take things out of MKV files.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
