Posting it as a 27mb wav file doesn't really help people download it and help you out. Sounds so familiar, but I can't pinpoint it. Sounds like Wild ARMs. ;D
Also, cheesy percussion is... cheesy. What the heck is it about? There's nowhere I can't reach. |

Sounds a lot like Destiny of an Emperor to me. At least, the main theme can be heard there. It could also be from the sequel, but I'm not too sure.
