Anyone played Pokemon Crystal Version?

So I decided I'd try out a pokemon game and I found amongst my collection of old GameBoy games Pokemon Crystal Version. I played it for about an hour, and I have ran into a problem that Google didn't solve for me. I have too many Pokemon, and can't receive a pokemon that I need for a mission or something. There is a guy in a store that says "I can store as many pokemon here as I want, free of charge!", but I cannot for the life of me figure out where to deposit the Pokemon I'm not using.

Has anyone played this and has the answer?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Yeah, you deposit them into the computer storage. There's boxes. Choose one, and free up space in the team you're carrying around.

It's that simple.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Considering it's Crystal Version, wouldn't any Pokemon after the six in your party be sent to the Storage PC anyway?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Now there is some ways around this rule. Creating a thread for the sole purpose of asking for help on a specific game will usually get you a slap in the face with a thread closure and a link to, what do you know, GameFaqs! But if there's an official thread on a game, like Pokemon or Final Fantasy whatever number they're at, you can get away with asking fellow posters on advice on what skills to learn or how they beat a boss.
