vBulletin Usergroup Question

On my website, there's a navigation bar that only appears when the person is in the right usergroup (Admin or Guild Member). This was easy to do in PHP on the other pages, but vBulletin itself has its own set of templates and this is harder to accomplish.

For sake of example, let's say it's $usergroupid == "5" that is able to view the navigation bar, and the bar is held in the variable $memberbar.

How can I accomplish this in the vBulletin templates?

Jam it back in, in the dark.
