I´ve seen the first few episodes of this series and it looks very promising. "The Game" meets "Lost" in an illegal cross-country race. With Nathan Fillion in the driver´s seat.
I don´t think it will have more than one season, but it will be fun as long as it lasts.

I saw a comment about this series on AICN and decided to check it out, and I must say I'm liking what I'm seeing. As long as you can get past the slightly daft premise then it's definitely good fun and I've found myself not wanting the episode to end, which is a good thing.

I've seen a few glitches in the plot, and I'm not sure I like the idea of us almost being forced to root for one participant, but it is fairly decently done. I have found myself wanting more.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

It's Tim Minear and Nathan Fillion. It has to be good.

I agree with everything you just said.

If Fox cancels this before the whole season is over, I will burn the studios to the GROUND. This is one of the better recently-created series I've seen.

This is my entry gushing over how much I love this fucking show.

After only three episodes I would say this is one of the top five new shows of the year. Too bad it's not catching on though, since the first two episodes only got about six million viewers, and the third episode dropped off to about five million. I don't know how long this show's first season is scheduled to last (starting off this late in the season seems kinda weird, as they should have just waited until summer or next season to premiere it), but I doubt it's gonna get a second one, so we might as well take it in and enjoy it while we can.

Trust me though, I want to be proven wrong. But with Tim Minear's record with FOX (Firefly, Wonderfalls, and The Inside all lasted only one season), I just don't see that happening.

I managed to catch the first two episodes last night, and I've got to say, it is fantastic. I've enjoyed every minute of it so far, sure it may be a bit daft at times, but who cares. I just hope that it will get a full season.

It seemed like it could be good but they need to reign-in the cheese factor during some parts; it kills the suspension of disbelief when they are trying to be serious. Fillion ftw!

Seems like this one got yanked, they've been showing House reruns in it's place the last two weeks.

Yep, it got pulled off air

Fox have shelved it indefinitely, meaning that they will more than likely not air it again. I wish that FOX would give these shows a chance before canning them.
I just hope that one of the other networks picks this up, it had potential to be a great show.

I dunno... Seemed pretty darn bland IMHO. Maybe Fillian's last role spoiled me ('sup Firefly).

I think it had potential. I mean, Tim Minear hasn't made anything crappy so far. It reminded me of Series 7, The Running Man, The Long Walk, and very much so of The Amazing Race. I like those kinds of stories much more than the political espionage stuff offered by 24. I'm a potential viewer, FOX. Hi.

It had cool special effects, too.

Ugh, I don't even want to bitch too much about this, or else I'll wind up going on another wild rant about how much FOX sucks. But seriously, I like how they're trying to say they cancelled it because it was bringing down 24's ratings, when in reality, 24 was bringing down its own ratings because it was (and kinda still is, even though it got better tonight) sucking pretty hard.

Oh well, I guess I'll wait for them to show the last two episodes sometime this summer, even though they don't air everything they say they will once a show is cancelled ('sup Reunion).

I haven't heard anything. I doubt any other network would want to pick up a show that did pretty poorly ratings-wise. I bet this show won't even get a DVD release, considering there were only six episodes made.

Nathan Fillion graduated from my old high school (quite some time before me that is).

acid is an alumni from the same school as Nathan Fillion.
Nathan Fillion was in Blast from the Past with Alicia Silverstone.
Alicia Silverstone was in Batman & Robin with Chris O'Donnell.
Chris O'Donnell was in Batman Forever with Val Kilmer
Val Kilmer was in the Saint with Elizabeth Shue.
Elizabeth Shue was in Hollow Man with Kevin Bacon.

Huh, I guess Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon DOES work.

Yeah, it doesn't look like any other network is going to be picking this up, which is unfortunate. Look out for the last two episodes, they are due to be aired 4 July.

FOX just hates Nathan Fillion and Tim Minear. That's all there is to it. That's the real story behind why Firefly was cancelled too.

Even though that's a lie, it'd be easier to swallow than the BS they're throwing at us about it bringing down 24's ratings. 24 is the only decent show FOX hasn't cancelled, that I can think of. Jay Leno did a bit a week or so back about how NBC cancels so many shows, and I thought to myself, "Hey, he should do that with FOX, except he can't cause it's a rival network."
