Champions League!

Who's been watching Champions League (euro soccer) lately? They've been playing matches on ESPN2, and there have been some great games. Liverpool is my favorite to win it all. We are looking really good lately, and we just knocked Barca out of the tourny. We lost to Man U earlier this week, but I feel we were robbed. Now that Champinos League is down to the final 8, who do you guys think are going to make it all the way?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

See, early on, I would have put my money on Liverpool, but I have to say, I don't think they did especially well vs Barca. Crouch was soft and barely used, although Gerrard looked hot. It could be an interesting tourney.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

John Mayer just asked me, personally, through an assistant, to sing backup on his new CD.

I watched the Real vs. Bayern Munich match the other night and it was pretty good. Not that the teams played too well, but it was quite thrilling at the end. It really surprises me that two Spanish teams (Real and Barca) have been eliminated already.

As for the other matches, Chelsea got quite lucky, and when I watched what happened after the Valencia vs. Roma match, I thought I was watching Rocky VI, lol (?)

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Are you kidding? Liverpool dominated all but around 15 minutes of the game. Barca chilled in the backfield and didn't even look like they wanted to attack, and every time they did, there was a swarm of Liverpool defenders to stop it. Crouch didnt start this game, and he got in really late and allmost scored from just in front of the net. Liverpool deserved to move on, not only did they play with more intensity, but they played with more heart as well.

I'd like to think that an English team will win. Man United have been good all season, and are my favourites to win it alongside Milan.

I don't really expect Liverpool to get past the next round, I think that they don't have a good enough team to go all the way. I was surprised to see Barcelona get knocked out by Liverpool though, I thought for certain that they would win it again.

I was speaking idiomatically.

Calm down there, fanboy. I never said they didn't deserve to win. You pointed it out for me, Barca barely showed up. Liverpool beat, but didn't destroy, a team that looked like it didn't even want to be there. And Crouch missed what should have been an easy goal.
