Does anyone know how to move CD track information?

Kind of a repost from before the "reboot", but does anyone now how to move CD track information from one computer to another? To be clear, I'm not taking about CDDB data (as this isn't being fetched online) but the data you would enter maunally into the track titles, artist listings, etc. To give some more background, I have had my old computer since about 1999 and have ripped tons and tons of CDs in that time. Now that I have a new computer with a much bigger harddrive, I want to re-rip them all again at higher quality, but don't want to go through the long process of retitling them all again (or retranslating in some cases). I assume that information has to be located somewhere on the old computer, as whenever those CDs are inserted into the drive there all of the information I typed comes up, but I have no clue where.

I assumed it might be something to do with the actual ripper I was using (CD-DA Extractor), but I tried using the same exact version here, while replacing all of the programs files for it with the ones from my old computer, yet to no avail. So if anyone has any idea I would be very grateful.

Sorry for being so long winded, and thanks in advance.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

What format did you rip it to? The information should be stored in each of those files, eg id3 tags in mp3 files.

How ya doing, buddy?
