I used to read it kind of often...it's rather hit and miss, but some of them are quite good. My favorite is the toilet-"I'm sick and tired of your shit!" one.
Even my mom lol'd.

I agree with the hit and miss comment. However, I like it when it leads you on a totally wrong path, and then has some random punchline, like that Christmas tumor one.

I'll second the hit and miss comment as well - the funny ones are kinda few and far between though.
