Growlanser IV - Tomoyuki Hamada or Tatsuyuki Maeda?
I am absolutely mystified on who actually composed the soundtrack to Growlanser IV: Wayfarer of the Time. Half of the websites list Tomoyuki Hamada and the other half list Tatsuyuki Maeda. The ID3 tags on the soundtrack released by anime-game-osts.com have Tatsuyuki Maeda listed, but I don't know whether or not to trust it.
Does anybody have a way of confirming which composer did it for certain? Jam it back in, in the dark. |
It's definitively Tomoyuki Hamada when looking at Japanese websites. Tatsuyuki Maeda's Kanji (前田達之) looks kind of similar to Tomoyuki Hamada's (ñ田智之), but he most certainly wasn't involved in Growlanser IV. (Edit: sorry, I don't know why GF always put an ñ at the place of the correct Kanji, tried fixing it multiple times to no avail...)
There's nowhere I can't reach.

So basically anime-game-osts doesn't know what the fuck they're talking about. Thanks a lot for the official answer.
Guess I should get retagging. =/ And long live Sakuraba. How ya doing, buddy? |
Wow, thanks for posing this question, Trench. I guess AGO dropped the ball big time on this one. Seeing hos similar the kanjis are for each composer, though, it was probably an honest mistake. I'll need to do some retagging as well. And thanks for clearing this up, datschge.
How ya doing, buddy?

I guess that's what you get for being overconcerned about perfection. Heh, glad I was able to help in one little way after years of leeching.
I was speaking idiomatically. |
