DVD Shrink, Re-author mode, double click the main movie then cut and trim as you please.

Thank you so much! I didn't know DVD Shrink could do this. I have a question though...let's say I rip a 5 minute clip, it'll save it as an .iso file right? what program should I use to convert it to say an avi?

How ya doing, buddy?

I use ImTOO DVD Ripper Platinum 4 to rip small clips from my DVDs: it will also rip chapters or the whole movie if you want. The preset format is DivX .avi and you can fiddle with the video resolution or format and audio quality.

I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?

Thanks for the suggestion, Maico. I'll see if I can find me a copy of ImTOO.

I was speaking idiomatically.
