Printing service is broken
After my last reinstall of Windows I have had no luck with installing a printer on my computer. I suspect it's because the pertinant files weren't properly copied off the CD. Driver installation fails due to a "severe error." Also, I can start the Print Spooler service from the Services CP (services.msc), but as soon as I perform any sort of printing-related action the service stops. I'm currently running WinXP Home SP2. If anyone knows which system files pertain to printing, could you please send me or refer me to a copy of them? Thanks.
