MTF problem with HDD's

I was using my Exectutive Software Diskeeper program to defrag my drives and as I was toggling through the options, I notived that it was telling to change the MFT on 2 of my drives.

They were operating at like 88-95% something, and it was just telling me that the drives reliability have been compromised. I know how to change the MTF, and I know what values to use but since I have never done this before, was was wondering...Do I change the values???

Jam it back in, in the dark.

You could've private messaged me about this =p.
I normally go through frag shield's MTF configuration at least once or twice a year. Just turn off any programs that might access that HDD before increasing or decreasing your MTF.

As for changing any values... I'm going to just say no, just use the settings Diskeeper has recommended for you.
