More Ultimate stuff is always a good thing. I'm curious to see how the new UFF team is going to handle things.

As usual, 52 is on the hit list, but it's not something that I absolutely must read (like Daredevil).

I'll grab the Civil War stuff. YA/Run looks to be heating up.

Oh, I'm also interested in seeing where X-Men is heading.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Wow. Wow. X-Men #190 was amazing. Mike Carey and Chris Bachalo are a great team for this book. You guys have to read this arc.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I refuse to read anything with that godforsaken art.

What bugs you about Bachalo's stuff? I love his style.

I was speaking idiomatically.

The random particles, the unproportionality, and the shadows make his art look horrendous.

This was sub-par:

This is down-right bad:

Admittedly, not all of his art is terrible. Some of it doesn't have the random particles. However, the other two attributes always seem to remain. In the Uncanny story a few months back, I had trouble telling what the Shi'ar people looked like.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

I think we can all agree that his art is better than Pat Lee's art, right? Pat Lee....shiver.

Let's see...this week I picked up Young Avengers/Runaways #2, Cable and Deadpool #31, Teen Titans #38, the Mythos: Hulk one-shot (liked the art and I like Paul Jenkins's writing), and I picked up JLA #1, which I somehow missed last week. I also finally picked up Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, which I'm looking forward to.

Maybe I'll check out X-Men #190 next week.

The appearance of Lobo was awesome. He's always interested me, I've just never read anything with him in it. I'm definitely looking forward to the continuation of the space stuff now.

How ya doing, buddy?
