Weird file format
Let's see. So I downloaded a DVD off the internet. Usually winrar works to decompress the ISO but this one is in a weird format and I'm not sure what to do with it. Basically the ISO is split into 76 different files named e-docDVDname.001-076.
Maybe you guys know what this is and could help me. Thanks! :3 How ya doing, buddy? |
Sounds like a RAR archive to me. Have you tried accessing e-docDVDname.001 directly from WinRAR itself? As opposed to simply double-clicking the file in explorer.
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
Yeah, I'm not sure what option you use to get the files named that way, but open some other RAR file and then browse to the .001 file and open it. That worked for me last night.
Or you can manually rename all the files .r01, .r02, .r03, etc. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
I tried it in winrar before and it didn't work, that's why I asked in here. I thought maybe e-doc was some new format I haven't heard about or something.
But yeah, winrar worked fine. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
