Eyes color...?

From quite a while first thing I'm looking at when I meet new girl is here eyes. Why? First of all you can gain few points by watching her eyes first then other parts of her body =D. Then just like with wild animal you gain few point more and she became more shy then you so you can take advantage =)

Not long ago I noticed that my friend Martha have Jade Green eyes just like the Jade stone, to be more honest she told me "I always though that my eyes are grey..." LoL nice one babe =D

I don't know why but green eyes always get my attention, when blue or light blue are quite to bright for me and I can't concentrate on anything while they are near me =)

I love to look in girls eyes and tell them what I think about it. You can tell a lot about girl just from her eyes color.

What is your eyes color? Is it important to you what eyes color have person you are talking with? Do you even notice details like this?

I rarely ever notice people's eye color, even when I look into their eyes. It's probably because most people's eye color naturally matches their other features, so it doesn't stand out in a way that catches my attention. I've had girls ask me about their eyes before, and I've never known the answer had they not told me, but sometimes I've made lucky guesses.

My eyes are blue-ish green. I've been told they change between those colors depending on the light.

I look into their eyes whenever I speak to someone, but I don't mentally register their eye-color. Kind of odd, but I just don't pick up on the coloration unless they're someone of extreme interest.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
Hey, maybe you should try that thing Chie was talking about.

My eyes are green, but I have no idea why since no one in my family has green eyes. Blue eyes are my favorite.

I don't believe that you can tell anything about a person by their eye color, though.

It's not like "You live there and there and you eat this and this. But after eyes it self and color of them you can tell if someone is calm and nice person or wild and aggressive. Color give a lot of info on person inside.

I really like looking at people's eyes.

I'll often be in conversation with them when I'm suddenly distracted by their eyes and ask to look at them. :P I suppose I'm just a dork like that.

My eye color is.. green/brown/whatever. It's kind of hard to say, really.

I'll just show a picture.

It goes from top left to the bottom right. My dad, mom, myself, my sister, and my little sister.

Eyes can have really nifty 'patterns', too, it seems.

Note: Seems I don't have enough posts to share pictures. If you're bored, you can copy the link.

"The eyes are the window to the soul"... Yes I think it's important and I definately pick up on people's eyes, and colour is the first thing I notice. It's also the reason I rarely give eye contact to anyone. I don't believe that colour indicates personality though. I know two guys with brown eyes, and they are completely different in the way they act, feel and live.

If the person's eyes are really bright, then I'll notice the color. Any color can be beautiful, it all just depends. I don't normally look at people's eyes when I'm talking to them, though, because I have to read their lips to understand what they are saying. I think I'm going deaf.

Oh, my eyes are green and light brown around the pupils.

My eyes are black.

Well, to be more specific my eyes are very dark brown with slivers of black in it. However, unless you're half an inch away from my face my eyes you won't notice that my eyes are actually very, very dark brown. Ha, I even put chose "BLK" for my eye color on my license.

I agree that you can easily read a person by looking them in their eyes. Personally, I generally refuse to even have a conversation with someone unless we share eye contact. I hate people who try to talk to me without at least looking me in the eyes. I believe this is a common courtesy and failure to do so is a large sign of disrespect.

As they say, eyes are indeed windows to the soul. I've never really thought about the impact of the color of one's eyes might have. I think eye color would affect the people looking at the individual moreso than the individual with the eyes themselves.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Or a sign of no self-confidence, which is even worse, in my opinion. Eye contact is an absolute must. I do feel uncomfortable with people who use too much eye contact, though. There's a happy medium and it's nice to talk to people who know how to do it right.

Plarom, your eyes glitter. I noticed that at the meet.

EDIT: Cool. I just found this picture of my eyes that used to be my sig a while back. I didn't think I still had it.

My eyes are brown and quite undistinctive. I don't really make eye contact with people, because, like Alice pointed out, I have zero self-confidence. But whether it's done out of disrespect or fear, I suppose it does make people uncomfortable just the same. But I'd still rather do that than weird people out by making too much eye contact.

I don't think eyes are the only way to read a person, though. I think you can learn just as much by observing body language and listening to the tone of a person's voice.

I hardly pay attention to what a person's eye color is when I first see him or her, but I do make significant eye contact when speaking with someone. I'm quick to notice if a person happens to be wearing colored contacts though.

I have dark brown eyes that look black under normal lighting, but I just write "black" whenever documents ask for it.

To me, the eyes are the sexiest part of the body. I'm more focused on eye shape than eye color, but eye color can sometimes help if the eye shape isn't what I find physically attractive (but personality is the most important thing of course). The color isn't an important factor when I'm talking to friends.

My eyes are green and blend into brown circles that surround the pupils. I don't know many other people that have noticeable brown circles around their pupils. I doubt I fit into the green eyed statements since most people say, "people with green eyes are suppose to be intelligent, arrogant, and very jealous." I know some people who can allegedly change the color of their eyes based on what they eat, but I think it's more of a hereditary gene rather than a portrayal of how a person acts.

I don't have a thing for eye color as I do eye shape. I really like long upturned eyes that make the guy look a bit sly and mischievous.

My eyes are dark brown but as a kid I always called them black. Later on I realized there was no such thing as "black" eyes.

Really? I thought I have black eyes myself. I also notice the color of other peoples eyes when I meet them, some cases dont know if their dark brown or black, but some people really have gorgeous eyes. My favorite color is blue for them. =P

I also dislike people who have no eye contact when I'm speaking. To me it's rude, even if they are shy, since it generally means that they are not paying attention. Although if the person is shy, then they should learn how to deal with eye contact since it's a must in the workplace. But there are times when people look too much, if you know what I mean. Not breaking eye contact for minutes can be creepy.

I generally don't pay that much attention to eyes unless they are absolutely stunning. One of my old roommates had these stunning pair of eyes that are gorgeous. I have a preference for dark eyes, mainly because they look less cold for me. Dark eyes have a very warm emotion pouring from them. You know, the dark eyes dark hair look.

I have blue/grey eyes. The eyes and face of another person is the first thing I look at. There is so much you can get from observing their eyes.

I rarely notice eye colour either, I usually just assume its brown. Mainly cause most of the people I know are asian. I dunno, are there actually any asians with different eye colour than brown? (naturally, i dont know if Memoirs of a Geisha is based on truth)

I would say it's rare if anything, mainly if they do have different colored eyes it's from mixed blood (kind of like Tyra Banks) or maybe some mutation like one brown eye one blue type stuff.

There used to be an army recruitment advert on TV years ago where the narrator was telling us how maintaining eye-contact was a key part of being dominant and assertive when faced with angry locals in a war-zone. This is probably obvious but few people do it. Even if you lack confidence, you have to bear in mind that eye-contact is something you can use as a tool if nothing else. Accompanied with a nice smile and you can open a lot of doors for yourself, especially with the opposite sex. The neurotic Woody Allen types who look at their feet all the time are not doing themselves any favours.

I have green eyes. I am always drawn to people with bright eyes. Blue, green, light brown. I'm sure I've freaked people out by just staring at their eyes. I actually think my eyes are my best feature, and it's sad that I hide 'em behind glasses (hope that didn't sound too conceited).

I could've sworn I posted in here. Then I realized someone had a journal entry just like this thread...;_;

Aside from a girl's smile, eyes and hair are the next things I look for on a girl. I am a huge fan of light color eyes. I have dark dark brown eyes myself so I guess I'm attracted to the opposite. I always wanted to use color contacts of have blue eyes. Green eyes are my favorite.

Bah, I have plain brown eyes. I always wished I had hazel eyes. I know this guy with 2 different colored eyes, one brown and one hazel/green...I always thought it looked very cool.

Kate Bosworth has two very distinctly different colored eyes [one blue and one brown I think].
