Need some help with choosing a surge protector

I need a new surge protector. For my current surge protector, the led lights under “line fault” and “protection present” aren’t on. But the led light under “line ok” is on. Can someone recommend a good surge protector and also tell me if the ones that I posted are good choices?

Is this one good (it has a joule rating of 3960)? Amazon.com: Belkin 12-Outlet Home/Office Surge Protector with Phone/Ethernet/Coaxial Protection and Extended Cord: Electronics

This is the one I currently have, is it any good?
Tripp Lite Super 8 - surge suppressor price comparison

Thanks.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
