Windows XP Log On Screen
For some unknown reason, Windows XP moves me back into the log on screen after a certain amount of time on inactivity. I don't remember an option for that, but I wonder if it has anything to with installing the .NET framework... It's just rather annoying.
Any solutions? Thoughts? Jam it back in, in the dark. |
No, installing the .NET framework has nothing to do with it.
It's the default behavior in Windows after the screen saver has been activated. To turn it off, just uncheck "On resume, display Welcome screen" under the Screen Saver tab in the Desktop Properties. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
