backorder webaddress?
I'm trying to register a web address (ideally either skmedia.com or .net) they're previously owned, but as far as I can see both now inactive addresses. As far as I know I have to 'backorder' in order to register them but I've honestly never done this before. Does anyone have advice how to go about about this annoying problem?
Jam it back in, in the dark. |
skmedia.com expires on September 25, 2007. skmedia.net expires on November 25, 2007. There is usually a redemptive period of a few months. Chances are that the current owner will renew.
But if you are really serious about backordering, try GoDaddy backorder for the .NET and www.snapnames.com for the .COM. I'd imagine you'll have to pay a hefty amount of cash for it. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
I may have thought of an alternative web address idea but I'll keep an eye on those regardless, thanks for going to the effort Zergrinch
