Ripping Game Music - File Identification Problems

Well - I ws in the middle of a gamerip when I ran into a bit of a snag. It seems the game cannot be emulated correctly in either its arcade for or Sega Staurn form (the latter of which I gave up on because Saturn emulators are positively ANNOYING to customize and its not worth all that trouble.)

So I decided to look around on the actual ISO and figured out where the music was. Seems its sequenced, denoted by SEQ files. As it currently stands, just so I can be sure before I abandon this project) there is currently no known way to play SEQ files or extract music from a Saturn ISO if said files arent already in WAV format. Correct?

Jam it back in, in the dark.
