Bust A Move/Ar Tonelico duplicities

I was recently checking out the soundtrack to Bust A Move, and when I got to the track "I Know" I was immediately listening to the rap used in a few tracks in Ar Tonelico. I thought it was interesting that such disparate soundtracks use the same sample. Is it taken from an actual song, or maybe a sample CD? Not too much of a fan of said clip, but it is an oddity.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
