The Most Violent Scenes Ever (or Wow, That's Almost as Bad as Salo)
That's hyperbole of course, but what are the goriest/most violent/most repulsive scenes you've seen in movies or even read in books?
Personally, there's a hand slicing scene in Suicide Circle that always makes me turn away. I'm certain I've seen worse, but that really struck me as disturbing, probably because of the juxtaposition with cheery kid music. Jam it back in, in the dark.

I think you're thread title says it all. If you want repulsive, that's the film to turn to. It's the shit-eating that gets to me.
