Normalizing volume for .wav files in Audition

I'm planning on making a compilation / mix album. I need to normalize the volume of the wav files I have. I use audition and was curious if there is a certain way to level the volume at once, or do I have to do it file by file. And what is the process?

Thanks,

Thanks so much for that. If I have any other questions, I'll let you know.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
