In Over My Head?

I'm interested in the media files in a PSP torrent I downloaded; I don't want to play the game, I just want to get the pictures, music, and video because it hasn't (and won't) come Stateside. I downloaded the file successfully and decompressed the CSO to an ISO. That was easy.

There are two folders. One is small and labeled SYSDIR. One is gigantic and called USRDIR. The latter probably contains the content I'm seeking. I have all these weird files, most with unfamiliar extensions.

Spoiler:

I have several .pps files that are supposedly powerpoint files, but powerpoint isn't opening them. One is named "music.pps" so maybe the music I want is compressed or saved in the file somehow? It says Powerpoint can't read the file.

I have .pmf movie files in the Movie Folder that won't play with a pmf file player. I read that some (most?) pmf players don't have sound. Lande pmf player isn't doing anything for them, though.

I also don't know where to find the character models (if I can do such a thing) in all this.


Please help! I tried looking for the answers but I wasn't really getting too far with it. I hit a bunch of dead ends and any help would be appreciated!
