Trainer Maker Kit Help
I need some help from the pros. I'm trying learn how to make my own trainers. I downloaded TSearch and Trainer Maker Kit. I can pinpoint the memory address fine with TSearch but only if they have a numerical value, like 50 bullets for a gun. How do you pinpoint something like a healthbar? There are too many to look through...any help would be appreciated.
Jam it back in, in the dark.

A healthbar is a numerical value also. All data stored is.
I've never used a program like that, but I imagine that there has to be some kind of a watch function where you can see if a value changes. If a certain value changes every time the health changes, well, there you go. Most amazing jew boots

Using Cheat Engine would be slightly easier. Most of the time it is based around the modification of certain values. Try searching for a random value (100,500) and then keep doing "value has decreased" scans whenever you get hit. You should hit the spot after some work, but it can be difficult.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. Vibrate

OK, I'll give Cheat Engine a try. Thanks, Luxo!

Simply search for all available entries, then get hit, and resume search. This time select 'number decreased'. Get some health, and resume search. This time select 'number increased'. If you keep doing this, you'll end up with just a few addresses. Try to edit them one by one and see which is is the one for health.
Note that most modern games use dynamic memory-thingies, so this may not work. I was speaking idiomatically. ![]() |
Never thought of doing that...thanks, grawl! I was intentionally getting hurt and choosing "number decreased" but I would die before I could get down to a few addresses. I'll give this a shot.
What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?
