Wall Scroll/Poster Thread

I've decided to dedicate a thread for everyone to post their posters or wall scrolls.

Ever since Evangelion debuted in America, I've owned this wallscroll, which I bought in combination with one of the VHS volumes from an import game/anime store.



(the DMC3 one next to it was given for free after purchasing the game).

I've had it up on my wall for over a decade, but I feel it's time to retire it, and put up a new wall scroll. It's still my favorite image from the series, but it's about time I had something new to look at.

So I'm willing to read any suggestions you have. I'm looking for something that looks cool, but not too cluttered. Mainly I'd like something from FFVII:AC, Metal Gear Solid, or Kingdom Hearts, but I haven't found anything that's really caught my eye yet, save for a few unofficial knockoffs.

I don't suppose there's a place where you can submit a picture and have a custom wall scroll made? That would be nice, but I worry about the price and the overall quality.

So feel free to share some of your favorite posters or wallscrolls, along with any cool designs that you think I would like. Also, it doesn't have to be limited to just anime; live movies or kung fu flicks (Jackie Chan, Bruce Lee) will suffice as well.

I'll probably post mine later on when i get a better webcam =/. But i have one big poster of Aoi from Ai Yori Aoshi, another Aoi pic just by herself, Flcl poster, Rage of the Dragons, and thats about it. Im looking around for Death Note Posters but no luck =/.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Yeah...dorm rooms require lots of posters and wallscrolls.

I have two more Naruto Wall Scrolls, but one is generic (No pic) and the other (AWESOME) one is a Chibi Christmas scroll.

I probably have a few more laying around...but yeah.

Yeah, no offense, but I now remember why I'm picky with wallscrolls, so many really rub me the wrong way. They never choose many really good pictures to make into wallscrolls, which is tragic.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

I have this wall scroll hanging above my computer.

I'd like to get more, but that would a) require money, b) having more wall space in my room.

I also have a Breath of Fire 4 and a DiGi Charat poster nearby, too.

i am cheap and lazy, and well, just plain cheap and anime posters are expincive if you ask me...i only have one, it was given to me by a friend who got it for free at A-kon(i wish i could have gone with her) last summer. but yeah, i got there...i also have a wolf's rain one, that is as big as a manga, and is one of those pincil boards or what ever that looks like the manga box...it came with the manga box, and i am a sucker for boxes

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Man, I got a few wall scrolls and posters. Here's my collection. I want more wall scrolls, but a) I have no room, and 2) they are expensive. I'd love to get a Digimon Tamers wall scroll or poster, but stupid websites only sell Digimon Adventure crap.

ya i would like more wallscrolls but my room has no more wall space T_T plus the lack of any really good scrolls to buy.

where do you guys buy your wallscrolls? i've searched around online a bit to look for pictures of the ones i have but not much luck =/ anyways, here's some of what i have.

I second the request, I'm trying to find a good online store that specializes in wallscrolls myself. I found one site...

But the selection in some key series are a bit small.

I really want a wallscroll for Metal Gear Solid, but I haven't found too many. The following did catch my eye though.



This one is okay, but a little confusing to look at.



This one's a bit better, though Snake kind of looks a little skinny to me. It's a solid image (no pun), but I wonder if I would get bored of it quickly.

If they had a wallscroll of the MGS3:S cover (Snake saluting), I'd definetly get that.

Even though I already have an Evangelion wallscroll, I'm seriously in love with this image.

I saw a poster of this in a convention, and was really tempted to get it, but I worry that in the end it might be too girly to hang in my wall.



They completely ruined this one with the pics at the bottom. I hate it when they try cluttering a bunch of images together like a fan-made desktop.

This...this I like a lot. I especially love the kanji in the background. Very slick. Unfortunately, I know nothing about the show. Maybe I should wait until Adult Swim shows it...







These are real nice too. They probably work better as T-shirts though.

I would totally grab either of those Gungrave images if they were wallscrolls.

Thanks....I had to wait for a while for the magazine to come out since it was an extra in an imported English anime and gaming magazine....but it was worth the wait (Even if it's two of the most used OD images...). I just wonder why can't the American magazines have cool stuff like that...

I don't think that there's any OD wallscrolls....at least that I know of. I've seen them for the anime and the first game though. The ones that are out arn't that good...that's not really hard to believe since Gungrave never went over that big. Although there are some good ones out there like these:
