Transferring from DVR to Computer Easily

So, there's this show thats on my DVR, and I want to get it to my computer somehow so I can save it there. How would I go about doing this, without buying a TV Tuner card for my computer? I'm looking for the cheapest way possible and am willing to compromise quality.

It's a Digital Video Recorder? Can you burn it on to DVD?

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Nope, it does not have a DVD burner on it. It's just a basic model DVR.

EDIT: Basically I am looking for something that can convert audio/video cables to USB so my computer can capture them. I've heard of capture cards, but I want something simple without bells and whistles.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
