Identifying a few ancient Chrono Trigger mixes

These have been floating around on P2P for ages (at least since 2002), but even today I can't find any comparable songs on VGMCentral. They seem to be MIDI rip orchestrals, and really aren't that noteworthy. But finding their origin has sort of become its own end now that BL or some other mp3-download site is offering them as a bastard PSX arrange album (the real arranges are on the '99 OST).

Thanks for any assistance. Oh, and hey to niki. Had to make a new account since I can't remember what ZeaLitY was regged on

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I have a pretty big CT collection, so I'll have a look.

If this is MIDI, it's a pretty good synth! Definitely not someone's Sound Blaster General MIDI soundfont..

Unfortunately I trimmed my collection over the last 12 months (now only 1-2 GB), but we'll see.

<checks> Damn, it's been too long since I listened to any CT music! I forgot how good even this amazing score was.

I don't have them. Sorry man, I checked and they haven't turned up. I'm sure someone has them though.

BTW, I wouldn't say "MIDI rip orchestrals", since the quality is about as good as most CT remixes (the instrument quality, not necessarily the remix end-result quality, which isn't so good IMO).

Good luck!

There's nowhere I can't reach.
