Your most memorable dating experiences?

Hi all, just recently got back into the dating scene, and it's nice to meet new and interesting people, but unfortunately there isn't much to do around where I live. So, I've been trying to research some creative dating ideas to keep it fresh and exciting, instead of what most people around here do, which is just hit up various bars day after day and hope for the best. Anyway, share with us your most memorable dating experiences (or even date night for all you couples out there) and what made it special for you. Thanks for the help.

I once went on a date to the A&W drive thru. My date bought me a large root beer float so I gave him a bj in the parking lot.

I had a friend who would take a girl to Cirque du Soleil on their first date. Seemed to be effective in a non-dirty sort of way. I'd recommend hiking if you have any scenic spots. It's easy to talk, you can have a picnic, and exercise puts girls in a good mood.

If you're looking to meet people then sign-up for some sort of co-ed activity. Kick boxing, aerobics, etc. If i was single I would totally sign up for group dance lessons. Something young like swing or salsa. The guy girl ratios are usually WAAAAAY in favor of the the gentlemen.

I have a few, I guess. Good, bad, and memorable. Since a lot of you know who I've dated, I'll keep it anonymous. That doesn't mean that you know everyone I list. =p

One time, this guy and I wanted to be together so badly, we actually pitched a tent behind the high school in the middle of February with one measly, cheap blanket we bought at Walmart. That night was one of the best (and worst) nights of my life, simply because we were both SO DESPERATE to be together that we tried to sleep outdoors in the cold, in a cheap tent with a cheap blanket and some soda, in the middle of February. <3

Another time, I was with this guy, and we had been driving around all night, just talking. We were just friends at this point, so it was kind of lackluster. But we went to the shoreline and we walked in the rain through some really fancy neighborhoods in the middle of the night. We got drenched, and we climbed out onto the ocean on the rocks, and spied on rich people. No one was out there, and the silence of the world was great. I'll never forget that night, either.

Lastly, there was this OTHER guy (ha ha ha) that I used to party with when I was younger. One night, he stole a bottle of his parent's wine, came knocking on my window at midnight or so, and we snuck out to get drunk in the woods, and then ride grocery carriages down vacant streets. That was something I'll never forget, either - no matter how lame it was.

I was speaking idiomatically.

One time I dated this chick and we went to a high-class hotel in San Francisco. Turns out she had a dick. I swear to God, I didn't fuck her, but it was really an awkward moment. We just kinda chatted and I made up an excuse about having a test early the next morning.

I transferred to the Academy of Art later that week.
