Does my dvd drive support Dual layer?

I have two dvd drives. One is a Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-107D and the other is a MATSHITA UJ-840D. I'm wondering whether or not it can burn dual layer dvd discs (dvd9). Where would I go to check?
