I havent been here since apr 16, 2007. Just curious is the forum back for good and why does the forum keep going down?

Well when i login today it said , the last time i visit was 4/16/2007.
Might be a error, but either way, this forum was down for a long ass time. So i was wondering, is everything back to normal?
