Desktop stuck with gaussian blur after game crashed =/
So I was playing Lineage 2, and set my game so it has some gaussian blur or whatever, game crashes, ok, whatever. I reset PC, and now I notice that my desktop is all freaking bright and blurry.
I try opening up the game again, and exiting, doesn't work. I found out a temporary fix where I open up two games, alt tab, and close each, but it only works sometimes, and doesn't last until the next restart. Any insight or help would be nice  , before my eyes bleed  .Most amazing jew boots  oh my gawddd |

try you video driver control panel..maybe its stuck on a particular preset..

Ah, I couldn't find the specific option in there, but I just put them back onto default, every option, so after doing that, it seemed to work, thanks for your help! =)
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. oh my gawddd |
