ITunes Alternatives (for podcasting)

I like to listen to podcasts while doing other things, like working or gaming. However, iTunes tends to slow my games down.

Im looking for an alternative to iTunes that is less ram intensive.

I can always just get the mp3 and play it on winamp, but then I dont get the subscribing ability. Does anyone know of any other programs that work decently?

Jam it back in, in the dark.
Is there a Deadwood board game out yet?

I've always used Juice as opposed to iTunes, and it's been fine. It is primarily a "subscribing" program.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
