Firefox problems (Home and End keys)
I was typing a reply on a message board and don't know what I pressed, but I think I accidentally hit some keys along with the Shift, Ctrl, or Alt key and now my [Home] and [End] buttons are messed up. Normally when I'm viewing a page that can scroll up or down, I can hit [Home] to make it jump to the top or [End] to make it jump to the bottom, but now that doesn't work.
Something went screwy and now when I press [Home] or [End] it scrolls to the top or bottom of a line of text I have clicked on. For example, at the bar at the top that says "Gamingforce Interactive Forums > Gamingforce Computing > Help Desk" for some odd reason I can click on that line and the cursor appears next to the text: ![]() And then if I hit the [Home] key it will go to the beginning of that line: ![]() WTF did I do? lol. Does anyone know how to fix it and how I can avoid this problem in the future? Jam it back in, in the dark. ![]() |
Weird things like that happen to me in Firefox too. Most notably when I'm typing in a text field and I use an apostrophe. Instead of that character appearing, Firefox thinks I hit Ctrl F for some reason. I can't explain it, but hitting the Windows key fixes the problem. Try that?
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
