[SOLVED] Additional Comments on Choco-Journal

... Or "double-post" merging. I just pulled off an instance of it, and what bugs me is how the double-post/additional comment is woven in. It is tucked directly above the preceding message. Y'know...:

Any way to get it like so? :O

SO! Is there any way to address it to where additional comments would attach in a better way, like below the original text? I know it's screwy because of how new comments are at the top; the direct opposite way that posts are stacked in threads.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
Hey, maybe you should try that thing Chie was talking about.

I second this motion. Sometimes the additional comments lose their impact, even though there is an edit button to add.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I'd prefer it if it didn't merge them at all. Spamming your own journal is a problem that has been eliminated since the last major changes, and having certain comments separate allows the journal owner to exercise "comedy timing" which is completely fucked up when the handy dandy system adds "Additional Comment" and merges things.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I'll fifth it.

I know I am kind of dumb, but it confuses the hell out of me when the SECOND message stacks on top of the FIRST message. Oftentimes, its so out of context. ;_;

I was speaking idiomatically.

From what I recall, back before the last crash chococomments could be viewed first-newest or last-newest, and additional posts were merged in the same manner. That's probably why no one else noticed this until now, since I doubt bobo reinstalled that difference.

I don't mind additional posts being posted above the original post, just seperate it somehow. Maybe with a bar or something.

Regardless of how you order your comments, you read downwards (for each comment box, that is) anyway, so the additional comment should still be below.

I'll try fixing this tonight.
