I'm looking for a good web gallery program. There are so many out there so I'd like some suggestions on the ones you guys use? Thanks in advanced for any help.

Flickr is not a program, though. I suggest you check out Gallery.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I've no personal experience with any galleries, but Coppermine seems to be the most popular.

I've recently started using Coppermine Photo Gallery on my site. It runs nicely, is very easy to configure, and is overall a nice gallery. I recommend using that.

Depends on if you have a web server or not. Flickr if you don't, and if you do, I personally use Gallery2 with Gallery Remote. Coppermine seems good but it also seems to not be free, last I checked. Needless to say, that may have changed in the past few years.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?
