WD Raptor as OS running with other drives a problem... need help

Ok, so I went out and bought the 10k WD Raptor 74gig... Finally got it running without a floppy drive to install windows xp on it. Booted up fine, so I decided to start plugging my drives back in. First time with everything plugged in, it game me an "Unable to load OS" message. So I unplugged all the drives, and it worked again. Then I tried plugging in my drives that are on the onboard IDE Raid (they're not raid anything, just using it to hold more harddrives) and it gave me the error again. So I'm guessing it's something to do with the fact I have a SATA raid and an IDE raid, but neither are set up as actual raids. Is this a problem? On top of it, I unplugged the IDE "raid" and plugged in my regular primary/secondary master/slave drives, and they're basically freaking the system out once it gets into windows and I can't do anything. Any ideas? Really wanna get my FTP back up to the GFFer's but I don't know what to do. Thanks for your time

Double Post:
update, figured it out and got that all fixed. Now for some reason one of my drives went completely un-readable and had to be formatted. running undeleters on it to try and get stuff back. Know of any that are actually able to recover file names and directories as well? Otherwise i'm gonna cut my losses and start the drive over.

Update: Resolved. Thanks though

How ya doing, buddy?
