DDR Strike

Does anybody know any information about Dance Dance Revolution Strike?

Some people have been telling me its just a jap version of DDR Extreme 2 and others is telling me the song list is ALOT better then Extreme 2.

Anyone knows the real news about this game?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

It was released... a few weeks ago, I think? For the most part, Japan's been playing catch-up because all of the recent US console releases (this is just like Festival was).

The new songs are here (the page is Japanese, but most of the titles are in English). Save for a few JP covers, it's mostly stuff we've seen before.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Only around 40 songs??

Kinda weak if you ask me, even though there are several songs being ported from Ultramix 2 that I like.

There's hardly any KO's in this game for that matter.

I dunno if I'd really pick this one up. I mean, sure, it's got a few good songs, maybe a dozen and a half, but that's nearly half the songlist, not to mention I could play them on their respective titles.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

There's a few unlocks if you have IIDX 10th Style or Pop'n 12 save data, and I know there's Akira Yamaoka's iFuturelist on it. It was also the game that contained the announcement regarding IIDX RED's CS release.

... that's about as much as I've heard about it anyway. One of my friends has it, but I haven't gotten much of a chance to play it.

Challenge steps?? Now I have to get my hands on this game, or the simfiles at least. Nonetheless, sounds interesting.

The simfile has been out for ages now. DDR STRIKE really offers nothing new.. just gives Japan a few new songs from DDREX2 and a handful of songs from Ultramix 2. That's all worth mentioning, besides the awesome steps for the new charts/songs

Yeah you definately right...Most of these songs are from Ultramix2 and and the few that are new I don't even like very much. Besides that the MaxX 300 oni steps are worth the unlocking ^_^

Failed on my first try (didn't expect the step chart to be like that) but then after that I go A's and A's and still haven't AA'ed it...

Need LOTS of stamina for this song...That is right Rawkus
