XBOX 360 Live 12 Month Gold Card question

I recently saw a 12 month xbox 360 live gold card being sold on ebay for like arround 20$. My question is do these card's have an expiration date or something? What about if it's one of the older xbox live kits, can I buy that and be able to get on xbox live, or do they have an expiration date aswell?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

They have an expiration date on it. Make sure that it hasn't been used, maybe he's tricking you into thinking you're buying 'a 12-month Xbox Live access' card that's been used.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I wouldn't trust eBay for something like that. Either getting a great deal or you're throwing you money down the shitter.

And if it's an Xbox 1 card, it's probably expired. If it isn't expired though you could still use it to get an original XBL account then transfer it to your 360.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Can always send the seller a question asking if the card has been used, etc?
Just evaluate this as you would any other Ebay transaction.

Not to mention that eBay insures you in case of a bad seller, but you shouldn't rely on that.

See if the seller has good qualifications and so on, sometimes a game card is the easiest way when you can't use a credit card to sign in for live. I thought about it lots of time when I didn't have mine and my parents didn't want me using their credit card.

I was speaking idiomatically.
