Help Extracting a CD Image.
I extracted a .tar file, and this is what it extracted. So I tried extracting various files from the folder (the uploaded image), and when I do that it gives me a .BIN file and a .CUE file. I can't use Winrar on either one them, I'm not sure why. What am I supposed to do?

A .BIN file is literally the image of the disc itself, and it contains all the data on the disc. The .CUE file is like an address book, and tells the program reading the disc what data is where.
Answer: Either download DAEMON Tools and mount the .CUE file on a virtual drive (which is what I recommend), or burn both to a CD with Nero (this I can't help you with, as I have never made a single CD successfully in my life ![]() There's nowhere I can't reach. ![]() |
if you want to burn it you can open it with any burning programs like Nero or want to install on pc try to use DAEMON Tools.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
I burned the BIN and CUE file to a disk with Nero... and it just burned the BIN and CUE file onto it... There is no executable file on it. How do I make it like a regular CD...?
I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
I was speaking idiomatically. |
