Problems with my directdraw?

I'm trying to play Worms World Party, though when I actually get into the game, the graphics are screwed. I don't even see the terrain and the colours are all wrong. The menu screens work perfect however.

Menu Screens:

In Game :( :

Things of possible importance: GeForce 4 Ti 4200 (latest forceware drivers), DirectX 9.0c, XP SP2 ;-;

I've tried all the compatibility modes and options and they either do nothing or stop the game running at all ;_; The game won't let you run it windowed, and I've disabled any possible vsync/AA/AF etc in the nvidia drivers but still no luck :(

A few things to check/verify:

What are your full system specs?

Double check your CPU and Motherboard temps, verify this isn't due to overheating from the weather or a failing fan (artifact like this usually occurs when the GPU temp is at a critical level.)

Run several games using the same resolution and verify this is happens there. If it doesn’t happen with some games but others make a note of that.

Have you updated your divers lately, or applied any Windows hot fixes. Also, have you installed any new applications recently?

It's just worms this is happening with, everything else is perfect, and also my cpu/gpu are both nice and cool right now, I can touch both with my fingers. I updated my display drivers whilst trying to get this problem to go away, but otherwise no change :(

dxdiag attached ;_;
