usb tuner for playing ps2
 

I'll be heading off to college soon and will be living in the dorms. I don't think I'll bring a TV so I'm thinking about buying a usb tv tuner/capture card that has s-video and the composite inputs to play ps2 on my laptop. Does anyone know of any quality ones at an affordable price? Browsed through ebay but those looked really cheap.
