Outside the ordinary.
I think this is probably the best thread for my problem, but I don't know if it even fits here.
I need help with a cash register. It is a Sharp XE-A101. Somehow, it got set to "Z/PGM" instead of "REG." and when I went to use it, I didn't notice. I hit the following buttons "2...2...5...Tax2" and then the display on the screen was "P 225" None of us could figure out how to make the P go away, and no buttons were working. I hit Subtotal, and after a long time, it went back to the default display. Except, now, whenever I try and use the Tax2 key, an error noise sounds, and an "E" flashes on the left hand side of the screen. What the hell did I do, and how do I fix it? |
Don't alot of cash registers have support numbers on them somewhere?

Next time I go to work, I'll check. But I think someone would've thought of that already.
