Its that time of year -- GFFFL 2006
I'm using the same rules and scoring system from NYSkate's league from a year back. I figured mine as well put one up and get people signed up. The draft will be held tentatively 4:30pm on September 3rd (Sunday). Of course, I am open to changing the date to have as many people attend. Nice work setting this up, but you can't join unless you have the league ID#. You can't search by name.

This is part of the reason I put it up now at the very beginning of July. This way, people have plenty of time to sign-up and make sure they can make the draft.

I'll sign up eventually. I did pretty well in Skates league last season. I'm also very glad you kept his rules. I'm also glad that Simply Magestic was banned so that we don't have to go through the bullshit we had with him last year.

Live draft on the date above. Again, all of Skate's rules have been retained. Its two running backs if you look, though you have the option to start either 2 RBs/2 Wrs or 1 RB/3 Wrs.

as long as i get L.T., i'm happy. even though i lost the championship game in my league last year, LT held my team together!! best running back in the league easy.... |
I'll give it a shot. It'll teach me a bit more to know about football, plus another reason to check my email more often than I do. :)

After winning the 2004 championship in 2004 on my old forums and dropping out of the playoffs in the first round the next year, I look to dominate you all with my ability to draft Antonio Gates.

Take him.... if you waste your 1st round pick on him, i know i won't be in last place by season's end.

I only wish I could have Chad Johnson, Larry Johnson, and Shaun Alexander once again and retake the title. It won't be so easy this year.
Just FYI, Gates is a much better first rounder than Jake Plummer was last year. Speaking of which, someone get Sir VG to sign up again, I'd like to see Jay Cutler picked in the first three rounds. Edit : No Wojo's Red Army this year... :( |
