Savage -The Battle for Newerth
 

I am quiet suprised that Savage, one of the Real Time Strategy Shooter has not even mentioned on this board. So I might as well introduce this great free game to this community.

What on earth is Savage?

Savage is what you would call RTSS, it means that there will be strategy going around while also FPS/TPS will be also aviable in the game.

I see your face confused, yes let me explain how on earth FPS can be played with RTS involved.

There is commander, and "soilders".

Let's put it this way, all soilders are all players, which means they can't be controlled by the commander.

Commander on the other hand [there can be only 1 for each team] has the power to build, collect resorces, hire workers, get NPC to protect your territory.

There are two types of "race" you can play as. Human, and "hored" or what you could put in simple word "beast".

This will clear things up MUCH better. Like they say, a picture worth a thousand words.

Wow it took more then a week for a person to notice this. Anyways I do believe that the developer is S2 Games.
