Original Street Fighter 2 US game cover
1 Attachment(s)
Hello,
Can anybody still remember on this cover, which is showing the amazing painting with the tough battle between Chun Li, Blanka and Ryu? If yes, what are your opinions about that? PS: In the attachment you can see the cover. Regards Jan |
You want to discuss the videogame covers?
What do you think about the Ooga Booga cover? (with volcano in the background!!!) http://cover09.cduniverse.com/CDUCov...1008651140.jpg |
What about it? The Street Fighter II cover for Genesis was superior.
|
Is that panties I see?

|
Chunny needs cool blurry trails like Blanka, or else her lightning legs are useless :P

The PAL version was gold. =0 Still have that one lying around somewhere. I noticed the box immediately back in the old days. |
Yes I remember the cover artwork because it was crap.

The Street Fighter 2 box is magical, showing Blanka in his true form, the size of a bus, also Chun Li as a tranny. It caught the eye and poked it pretty good! Many years later, here comes a new challenger!

Hey guys! What do you think of this awesome cover? |
It's pretty awesome, I reckon it'll result in the game being a big seller in America!
|
I prefer Fist of the North Star fighting rubber trident sword myself.

To this day, I'll never understand why Crash Man is wearing a monocle.:edgartpg: |
Or why he has two right hands
|
This thread needs more Mega Man:
http://www.atari-shop.nl/retroshop/N...xedplastic.jpg I don't know what's worse, the lack of shoulders or the shape of his megabuster? And why do I own this one AND the Street Fighter 2 cover... I guess the games were more important than fancy boxarts. Quote:
What's Dr. Light doing behind Crash Man anyway? |
