Posts Made By in Advanced Search

When I go to search for posts made by "Summonmaster" under Advanced Search and get new replies in threads I've posted in, it works. However, when I come back later in the day (eg. 1/2 hours later), and make the search again, the posts are still sorted in the order of when I first checked them.
The threads with new replies are still bolded compared to the first time I checked, but they're not sorted in chronological order, and rather I have to search through the pages to see which threads have new replies. At the top right it'll say something like:
Showing results 1 to 25 of 485
Search took 0.08 seconds; generated 51 minute(s) ago. Search: Posts Made By: Summonmaster

Is there a way to always have them sorted in chronological order each time I search?

That seems to be already the default in the Advanced Search page since it sorts like that the first time, but I still get something like this on subsequent attempts:

Also, I think there may be an issue where that particular segment of the database doesn't update right away. I've found that same problem but if I come back way later, it's fixed. Something like a 12 hour gap in generations of that, or something, maybe?

I've found the same problem. I don't think it generates a newly sorted search based on the same terms for you until you've logged out for the session.

Have to log out, huh?
That's annoying, so I think I can live with waiting > 2 hours or searching myself. Either that, or not check messages so often. :)

It might also work if you click the "Mark all Forums as Read" button on the frontpage, but I'm not sure.
