He's got a tough life.

Little bastard. Most I get when I'm in a room with 24 girls is usually some lap-sitting and maybe a peck on the cheek. Then again, I'm not assertive enough to say "Hey, I want to plow the lot of you!"

I've never been amongst 24 females with me alone all together. I envy this guinea pig!

I can see why the girls wanted to mate with him. I mean, he's nice and handsome for a guinea pig. Poor guy.

It's too bad that they didn't describe how he got into the female cage. That last quote summarizes the article best though.

One of the first things that I wondered when I saw this thread is: how the heck does a single male make that many females pregnant in one night? Then a Google search gave me the truth...

Rodents are frigging HUNG! No wonder he could get off 24 times (or more, all we know is that he mated with each of them at LEAST once). I guess he lucked out in two ways.

well if grade 11 biology has taught me one thing, rodents (rats specifically) have a guargantuan ball sack but severly lack a wang. In fact the rat we disected was thought to be female until we found its penis still inside.

The odd thing is that the females don't retaliate. It's as if they welcome the gesture. "Please male version of my specie, do as you wish!"

Maybe having 24 females being cooped up in a cage get's them aroused easily to anything male that comes in? "OH MY GOD, MALE! SURROUND!"

It's natural in the animal world. It's all about food and sex.
