Wii Wii

PS : Sorry if this has been posted before, I swear I searched. :(

This would be the exact reason I want a Wii.

JazzFlight Jun 11, 2006 10:20 PM

Wow, I wish I knew what the original video was, without the added Wii lyrics.

That was some ambitious music video. They must have changed clothes and locations like 50 times.

My favourite part was when the singers sang the same line 4 times in a row, but there were four different subtitles.

I liked the tune, there's something about high pitched annoying voices that draws me (dead serious). I didn't really find the added subtitles all that funny.

Rockgamer Jun 11, 2006 11:04 PM

Wow. That was fucking scary.

I don't think I want a Wii anymore.

Spoiler:
I actually liked the song. I'll pass on the video, though.

I couldn't help grimacing through the whole music vid. And I could never imagine a woman singer's voice go any higher (and I thought Jpop was high!).

Some parts were pretty funny... "Wii Michael Jackson".

"You move this way, the character moves to the right" worked the best out of the whole video.

It seemed like a Bollywood (India's Hollywood ripoff, lolo.. although only in name, it seems) music video to me, which are usually found in Indian films. My parents watch stuff like this a lot, since they're both originally from India. It seems pretty common for a film from India to feature such dancing with people appearing out of nowhere to join the protagonists, clothes changing, locations changing, etc.

I always thought this kind of thing was strange and even annoying though (but the songs are indeed catchy, for some reason ._.). So this was a hilarious find. ;p "(Wii Butchery)" was hilarious. I couldn't tell what they were doing in "(Wii Gay)" because of the horrible YouTube quality, though.. oh wellz.

I can somewhat relate to Kanji. Hindu music is usually on inside the house, even though it's more old fashioned (I'm half Hindu btw). Those songs have a lower sound quality and the high pitches you hear in that YouTube are NOTHING compared to it.

NOTHING.

._.

I don't know whether to laugh hysterically or hide in the corner, shivering with fear.

c'mon, wii is completely new way of gaming, its really unique, itll run great in every part of the world, but yet in india it would really be unstoppable with its price being so low compared to the other two next gen consoles..

aah that was funny thanks for the laugh

DarkLink2135 Jun 24, 2006 11:05 AM

Heh...actually the song has kind of grown on me. It's catchy, in an annoying numa-numa sort of way.

fezu1979 Jun 28, 2006 06:46 PM

Wiiiack!!!!

What was that????!!!!!!
Now I'll feel stupid holding the Wii Controller (yes I'll buy it anyway), I won't be able to erase that video of my brain...:aargh:

nabhan Jun 28, 2006 08:55 PM

Nothing beats good old Bollywood music videos.

These two, both from the same movie, are incredibly synchronized. Saw them 5 years ago and I still remember them very well.

Video 1
Video 2

I suppose they're completely irrelevant, but that video reminded me of how long it has been since I've watched a Hindi movie in it's entirety.
