I searched the forum, didnt find any threads about this in multiplayer arena. So does anyone play? Friend of mine had some free game time for CoH and it wouldnt run on his comp so he let me play it. This game is terribly fun addicting as ever. The character creation is the best ive EVER seen. Post your characters and which server your in.

yep I do really like the game, but I doN,t really play it because of FFXI...

it's really hard to find time to play 2 MMORPG XD but sometime when FFXI start to bored me I reactivate for a month or two and play this game ^^ I really like the character creation and that,s why I have like 20 character lv 1-5 XD juste because I like to create new hero ^^

my highess character is lv 12-15 so I can,t really say more about the game because i'm really too early, the only thing I doN,t really like, is that after lv15 it start to be hard to find group to do mish and I didn't really know where to go xp next...

lol i know what u mean about having alot of low characters. I love making new ones like everyday. Give em just insane stupid ass names :P

then we are not on the same level, because another thing I dislike about this game is people not tking it serious and having to play with character name Evil_Santa, BiggesCow and things like that >.> usualy the name follow with a really really bad costume >.<

I have 10 characters on the Liberty Server. My main is a level 30 Merc/Traps Mastermind on CoV. None of my alts are above level 10 though. My Main's name is President Evil.

Sorry about that i typed that wrong. By stupid ass insane names i meant such as my main character space cowboy ninja, just a random name. I actually use all the stupid ones i make, i DO NOT make them to run around like hahaha look at my guy and his name lol!!!11!!1. No that is not me. Another example is i made a 4 ft tall incredible hulk fused with vash the stampede so i named him the incredible stampede, he has vash's hair/glasses and the hulks appearence only hes purple with green shorts instead of green with purple shorts.

The game has a strong player base (purportedly #2 right behind WoW) yet I can't find anybody who actually plays the game. It's bizarre.

I have characters spread out all over. My main and alt blasters are on Guardian, all my villains and a couple heroes live on Pinnacle, and I just started a new tanker on Virtue. I'd be working on my lvl 40 Bots/Poison Mastermind, Apis Queen, but I7 is a bit too flaky for me to dare Grandville for long periods of time.

I swore I'd kill myself before starting an MMORPG, but my friend kept bugging about it and offered to give me his 2-week trial from Guild Wars.

So yeah, now I'm a lvl 9 katana/regen scrapper called "Bushidobot 2000" on Justice if anyone's looking for party member/sidekick. Still extremely new to the whole MMO thing in general, so pointers/mentorship would be highly appreciated.

Although I agree, the character creation is definitely the best part of the game. I spent like an hour tweaking mine...can't wait until I get to make extra costumes. :)

We should all get on one server and make a GFF team or super group. :P

I'm already in a pretty good Villain Super Group on Liberty but they have a weird rule that you have to be 25 or older to join. It's their way of trying to get only mature gamers. I don't plan on switching servers since 2 of my real life friends are on mine.

that,s probably why I can't really play long in this game, I doN,t have or find any good supergroup. That,s probably why I still play FFXI because i would have probably stop if I didn't have a good LS with good friend in it

Well thats fine, we could always come to your server :biggrin: and play together atleast. How are they gonna know if your 25 or not anyway? just wondering not trying to argue :)

They wouldn't really be able to tell, but I think it's mainly to discourage annoying immature gamers from trying to get in the SG. If you want to come to my server that's fine, the only thing is right now my best friend is having connection issues that he's trying to get fixed with tech support. I'm not sure if I'm gonna keep playing if he quits. But if nothing else I could help you get in my SG if you want. They're pretty good players but at the same time they aren't overly strict and anal about things like some players I've met.

Yeah, I started playing this game early this year. Was playing it non-stop in the beginning, but because of work, I play when I can.

Just look for Crimson Wave (lvl 29), Crimson Woman (lvl 11) or Crimson Boy (lvl 7)on CoH or Ifny O. (lvl 18) on CoV in Protector Server .

Just started this up today. I got both CoH and CoV but i've started out with Villains. This game is AWESOME.

Haha, you're going to be spoiled now, starting villain side. City of Heroes is a great game, mind you, but CoV is just superior to CoH in every way possible. I still like my hero characters, but I really miss the self-contained zones and involved story arcs now.

Perhaps. I still like the idea of making a hero eventually but it's just too fun to be evil. As long as there are still some people to play with on the hero side i'll be good. Teaming up and running missions has been an absolute blast.

Speaking of which, i've done a few mayhem missions now and holy crap. So much destruction in one small area. I love it. :edgarrock:

So apparantly this coming weekend is going to be DOUBLE XP weekend according to what i've read over at the vault. I'm all in favor of gaining a bunch of levels in one weekend's time, but at the same time it seems like it'll just ruin part of the experience to go through them even faster. At least it's only for one weekend I suppose.

My time is going to be spent getting my main up to at least level 45. I've only been playing for 2 years, I should really focus on one guy long enough to reach 50.

I just got the email from the coh newsletter about the double xp thing. I'm definitly going to build up my characters this weekend. I have one character at lvl 17 an another at 12. So yeah I'm still pretty much new at it.
I'm at the freedom server mostly in the name of Nemesis type VIII @_@

My main villain is Organ Blender, who I think is on Liberty server. Level 36 Fire/Fire Brute.

My main Heroes are Fine Print, and Organ Juicer both on Virtue. Fine Print is a level 32 Claw/Regen Scrapper, and Organ Juicer is a level 30 Fire/Fire Tanker. I made OJ when the Fire/Fire tanker rage was in full swing. I miss the overpowered Burn. :(

the double xp is awsome, too bad I cant play normally since I keep getting dc'd becuase of the bad weather. Which is really a problem I need to consult with my ISP o_0

I'm lovin double XP so far. I've leveled from 17-20 already today.

Should be a fun weekend.
