Holy shit. I'm not even that good with two legs. What a trooper.

Arainach Jun 10, 2006 01:24 PM

That's absolutely insane. Props to him.

Elixir Jun 10, 2006 01:32 PM

How is that funny? And why is this in Laugh and Games?

The poor guy only has one leg. Just because he's good at a game doesn't make it funny or amusing. People with disabilities play video games all the time, and the more difficult it is to them the harder they need to practice.

Major props to him for sticking with something that he's passionate about, despite his inability to play it properly. Though I fail to see how this is funny in any way.

Wow, this guy is awesome.

I think Laugh and Games forum is the most suitable forum to put this video in. It's not funny or amusing, but it's very impressive. :)

Rockgamer Jun 10, 2006 02:35 PM

Nice! That was definitely some damn good DDR right there.

And Elixir, I don't think this would really fit anywhere else. Not really General Video Games material, and it would have even more of a chance at being laughed at in the Sewers than in here. No one is really laughing at the guy anyway, so I see nothing wrong in putting it here.

That guy definitely is the winner. Thoroughly impressed. (I laughed because I was incredible...skill wise because you definitely don't see something like that everyday. Not for the disability...heaven forbid that would be most inappropiate). I would have bought that guy lunch if I met him hahah ^^

Alterminded Jun 10, 2006 04:30 PM

This is truly a work of badassetry. Never have i seen something that is badass and can make me laugh like this

Dee Jun 10, 2006 04:35 PM

That's pretty impressive. It would be cool is he used both his crutches too. It's like having an extra limb.

It's not like we are laughing about his condition, let's say he is an amazing guy who beat the dificulties and managed to have fun in his life, I personally treat this video as a tribute to all people who are trying hard to overcome their sicknesses and act like anyone. I'm and hopefully all the rest are with you!

DON'T LAUGH AT THE MAN WITH ONE LEG! THAT'S DISCRIMINATION!

I FEEL SORRY FOR THE POOR CRIPPLE WHO CAN'T PLAY DDR CORRECTLY (NOT DISCRIMINATION).

THIS ISN'T FUNNY!

Elixir this forum doesn't necessarily have to be funny shit, but this is the only place that one-shot videos like that can be posted.

O_o

Incredible. Props to him! That guy has major skills.

Hotobu Jun 14, 2006 09:12 PM

I'd like to know whether or not he's using his crutches from time to time.

I'm not a DDR fan, but I have played it a few times and I know on some songs you have to hit two of the pads simultaneously. I wonder what his methodology is. Does he "only" use his crutch for when he has to do the simultaneous steps or does he incorporate them into the routine. Either way, that's more patience than I'd have with anything like that with one leg.

Jochie Jun 14, 2006 09:36 PM

Yeah, that's pretty cool. I wish I were disabled in some way so I could be uberabled in another way to compensate. I guess I'm just not that lucky.

Ryuu Jun 14, 2006 10:38 PM

Wow, just wow.

His movements were so fluid with the crutches, just amazing.

I, on the other hand, am not a fan of DDR - I don't play as I figure I'll suck at it anyway so why waste the quarters.
